Regenerative Medicine

At the core of regenerative medicine is growth factors, cytokines, proteins and mesenchymal stem cells.  Our regenerative medicine products focus on using cells to help your body heal from within.  With mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs), your body may heal itself from the inside, using the cells to counteract inflammation that perpetuates tissue damage.  These cells (MSCs) are a key component of regenerative medicine and our doctors and patients both love the results.

Mens and Womens Health with GAINSWave

Men's & Women's Health

Innovative advancements in men’s and women’s health, along with regenerative medicine science have led to new treatments that can help men and women overcome many issues they find embarrassing.  We specialize in helping men and women with these issues, bringing them greater confidence, helping strengthen their relationships, and in some instances, reigniting their marriage.  Some treatments include acoustic wave therapy, the P-Shot™ for men, and the O-Shot™ for women.  All of our treatments are:

  • Drug free
  • Surgery free
  • Minimally-invasive
  • Simple, in-office procedures
  • Fast & relatively painless
  • No “downtime”
  • Little to no known side effects

Acoustic Wave Therapy

We use low-intensity sound waves to help the body restore function by opening existing blood vessels, and stimulating the growth of new blood vessels.  In addition, this treatment also releases growth factors and stem cells, rejuvenating tissue in the treated areas.

Priapus Shot® (P-Shot™)

The Priapus Shot® is a procedure designed to deliver lasting improvements in men’s health.  Any man who is looking for increased drive, a solution to erectile dysfunction or other issues relating to Peyronie’s disease may benefit from the P-Shot.  This procedure works by harnessing blood-derived growth factors and administering them to specific areas.  Many men can benefit from this procedure, and we’d be happy to help you learn more about your options.

The O-Shot is a procedure designed to deliver lasting improvements in women’s health.  Any woman who is looking for relief from low sex drive, or libido, or other physical issues related to sexual wellness may benefit from the O-Shot.  This procedure works by harnessing blood-derived growth factors and applying them to specific areas.  Many women can benefit from this procedure, and we’d be happy to help you learn more about your options.

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy is a medical treatment in which a person is exposed to increased atmospheric pressure inside an inflatable chamber. The typical pressure reaches between 1.1 and 1.5 atmospheres, which can also be expressed as 3 to 6 pounds per square inch. The increase in pressure allows more oxygen to reach the cells of the body which has many healing and therapeutic benefits.

Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP)

Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) is an advanced treatment physicians have used to help repair damaged or injured tissues in the body.  This minimally invasive procedure helps initiate the body’s natural regenerative process by utilizing the growth factors that platelets are known to contain.  PRP therapy is autologous, meaning it is derived from the patient, therefore reducing the risk of rejection or allergic reaction.

The result of the treatment is the natural stimulation of growth factors moving towards the treated area.  There are no known side effects of PRP, although you may occasionally experience minor swelling or pain near the injection points for a short period of time.

Vampire Facial & Hair Restoration

Our Vampire Facial and Hair Restoration services utilize Platelet Rich Plasma therapy (PRP) to help achieve your desired goals.

Vampire Facial (Aesthetic Indications)

Platelet Rich Plasma is highly beneficial for increasing collagen formation, skin tightening, connective tissue rejuvenation and skin thickness rejuvenation.  When used in conjunction with Collagen Regenerative Therapy, it is ideal for any wrinkling or sagging in the forehead, eye, chin, cheek, neck or chest areas, in addition to hands.  The result is stimulation of the body’s natural ability to heal and consequentially repair.

Hair Restoration

Platelet Rich Plasma can also be used to stimulate and nourish follicles for hair growth.  Highly concentrated blood plasma contains platelets that release growth factors.  These growth factors have been shown to generate new hair and improve the density and health of existing hair.  Additionally, clinical studies have concluded that the use of PRP enhanced hair growth in patients that underwent hair transplants.  As a stand-alone treatment, PRP has been shown to help people with male and female pattern hair loss to decelerate hair loss, and even make finer hairs thicker, growing new hair and increasing density and strength.

Peripheral Neuropathy

Peripheral neuropathy is caused by damage to your peripheral nerves.  This damage is often caused by the lack of blood supply and lack of nerve supply, which leads to symptoms such as burning, numbness tingling, poor circulation, cold hand and cold feet, weakness in muscles leading to balance problems or weak grip strength and pain, usually in your hands and feet.  Research shows that regenerative medicine can help, as mesenchymal stem cells can help increase blood supply and nerve supply in the affected areas.

Your peripheral nervous system sends information from your brain and spinal cord (central nervous system) to the rest of your body.  When these nerves are damaged, your body cannot properly communicate the various types of signals that allow it to function.  For example, this is the nerve system that would tell your body that you want your muscles to contract so that you can control movement, or that your hands are cold. There are several different kinds of peripheral neuropathies that stem from a variety of causes. They range from carpal tunnel syndrome (a traumatic injury common after chronic repetitive use of the hands and wrists, such as with computer use) to nerve damage linked to diabetes.
